  • Marinade
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 6 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1T. sambal (chile/garlic sauce)
  • 1/8 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 t. sesame oil
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 5 drops fish sauce
