  • 2 teaspoons oil

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon birdseye chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped lemon grass Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

Directions

    Heat oil in a small saucepan over a medium heat and cook onion and garlic 5 minutes or until softened.

    Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 2-3 minutes over a medium-low heat until fragrant.

    Add Philly*, peanut butter, coconut milk and lime juice.

    Stir over a low heat until smooth.

    Chill.

    Serve with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
