  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 Tbsp. green peppers (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • dash of salt, pepper and sugar

Directions

    Mix all together and bake in a casserole dish for 1 hour at 325° or until the center of the dish is firm to the touch.
