- 1 large loaf French bread
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 16 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- garlic to taste
- mushrooms (small can)
- black olive slices (small can)
Directions

1Slice bread every 2 inches, but not quite through.

2Place 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese in every slit of bread.

3Add all remaining ingredients to melted butter.

4Place bread on heavy aluminum foil. Pour butter mixture over entire loaf.

5Seal aluminum foil closed. Bake on cookie sheet 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
