- 1 stick softened margarine
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/2 c. solid Crisco (do not use liquid)
- 3 c. granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream margarine, butter and Crisco.

2Add sugar.

3Beat in eggs, one at a time.

4Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

5Add lemon and vanilla extracts. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then decrease temperature to 325° and continue baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tester is clean. Makes 16 servings.
