  • honey bunches of oats cereal
  • milk
  • 12 banana

    Pour desired amount of cereal into a bowl.

    Fill halfway up with milk-- DO NOT COVER-- do not need as much as a normal bowl of cereal.

    Cut banana into pieces and mix w/cereal-- allow cereal to absorb milk for a couple minutes.

    Put in microwave and cook for 1 1/2 minutes (stir after 45 sec.
