  • 3 cups Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cups Hot Sauce
  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup Panko Crumbs
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cups Cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pinches Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

    First mix the buttermilk and the hotsauce together.

    Add the chicken wings.

    Toss to coat.

    Leave the wings to marinate in the buttermilk for at least one hour to overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

    Then coat each wing and put on a cookie sheet with a rack.

    Bake for 1 hour until nice and brown.
