- 3 cups Buttermilk
- 1/2 cups Hot Sauce
- 2 pounds Chicken Wings
- 1 cup Panko Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pinches Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions

1First mix the buttermilk and the hotsauce together.

2Add the chicken wings.

3Toss to coat.

4Leave the wings to marinate in the buttermilk for at least one hour to overnight.

5Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

6Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

7Then coat each wing and put on a cookie sheet with a rack.

8Bake for 1 hour until nice and brown.
