  • 1/2 ounce Sloe gin
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, preferably Dolin
  • Dash of Boker's bitters
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish

    Fill a pint glass with ice.

    Add the Cognac, sloe gin, vermouth and bitters and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
