- 1 cup 1% milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 10 twists peppercorn McCormick, Medley

1Peel, chop, and boil the Yukon potatoes.

2Once tender strain the potatoes.

3Add the potatoes to your mixer bowl.

4Place the beater blade on your mixer and add in the butter and salt.

5Beat on low speed while slowly adding the milk.

6Beat longer for smooth, less for chunky.

7Once the mashed potatoes are mixed add the pepper, use more or less for taste.
