  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 twists peppercorn McCormick, Medley

    Peel, chop, and boil the Yukon potatoes.

    Once tender strain the potatoes.

    Add the potatoes to your mixer bowl.

    Place the beater blade on your mixer and add in the butter and salt.

    Beat on low speed while slowly adding the milk.

    Beat longer for smooth, less for chunky.

    Once the mashed potatoes are mixed add the pepper, use more or less for taste.
