- 1 1/2 lb. almond bark
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. mint flavoring
- 4 drops green coloring
- 3 Tbsp. cream (approximately)
Directions

1Put 2/3 of almond bark and chocolate chips in bowl.

2Microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes to melt.

3Put half of this on wax paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Cool in refrigerator until hard.

5Let the rest set at room temperature.

6Microwave other 1/3 of almond bark for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until soft.

7Add coloring and flavoring.

8Add cream until smooth enough to spread on chocolate layer.

9Cool and top with the rest of chocolate.

10Cool.

11To cut, bring to room temperature.
