- 1 (16 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 70 Ritz crackers
Directions

1Place wax paper on cookie sheet.

2Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl for about 30 seconds.

3Stir and microwave 10-20 seconds more until melted.

4Add 1/2 teaspoon extract.

5Mix well.

6Dip crackers in chocolate mixture using a fork.

7Hold fork over bowl to drain excess chocolate.

8Place on wax paper.

9Repeat until all chocolate is used up.

10Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

11Place in sealed container and store in cool place.
