  • 1 1/4 cups hot strong brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 packets Sweet'N Low(R) Sweetener
  • 2 cups hot milk
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream topping from aerosol can
  • 4 small candy canes

    Whisk coffee, cocoa powder, mint extract and Sweet'N Low(R) in heatproof container until well blended. Stir in milk. Pour into 4 cups. Top each with whipped cream and candy cane.
