  • 1 1/2 c. Starter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can peaches and juice, cut peaches in small pieces
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple and juice
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail and juice
  • 1 small bottle cherries, chopped

Directions

    Combine Starter, 2 cups sugar and peaches and juice.

    Stir every day for 10 days.

    On the 10th day, add 2 cups sugar and pineapple and juice.

    Stir every day for 10 days.

    On the 20th day, add 2 cups sugar, fruit cocktail and juice and cherries.

    Stir every day for 10 days.

    On the 30th day, drain juice from fruit and divide fruit into thirds.

    Makes 3 cakes.

    You will have enough juice for 4 to 5 starters.
