  • 3/4 lb. baby Swiss
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 to 3 one-half pt. heavy cream
  • paprika
  • bacon bits
  • 4 1/2 lb. potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Parboil potatoes for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, then grate them.
