  • 1 large box shells (16 oz.)
  • 4 to 6 oz. shredded Swiss
  • 4 to 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 4 to 6 oz. Parmesan or a mixture of grated cheeses
  • 4 to 5 pads butter
  • 1 pt. heavy cream

Directions

    Cook and cool the shells per package directions.

    Place shells in lightly-buttered 11 x 7-inch pan.

    Pour cheeses over shells. Poke gently to scatter cheeses.

    Put butter over cheeses.

    Pour cream over all.

    Bake at 400° to 450° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Very rich.

    Great served at brunch with crisp salad and chilled red wine.
