Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) thawed frozen small white onions
- 1 large (8 oz.) red onion, peeled and sliced thick
- 2 bunches (about 16 oz.) green onions, trimmed and cut in 2-inch lengths
- 1/4 c. Italian parsley leaves, chopped coarse
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Add lemon juice and all onions.

3Cook 10 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Remove from heat; cool.

5Cover and refrigerate at least overnight or up to 3 days for flavor to develop.

6Serve at room temperature.
