- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup mango salsa or 1 cup pineapple salsa
- 2 tablespoons oil

2Soak in milk for 1/2 hour discard milk no need to pat dry.

3Dip tilapia in panko crumbs.
