Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
- dash of salt (1/8 tsp.)
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Melt margarine in boiling water.

2Add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

4Remove from heat and cool slightly.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition until mixture is smooth.

6Drop by 1/2 teaspoon about 1 1/2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.

7Bake in very hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes.

8Reduce heat to 350° and bake 10 minutes. Remove with spatula and cool on rack.

9Makes about 4 dozen.
