  • 1/3 c. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1/4 c. coffee liqueur
  • 1 lb. soft Mascarpone cheese
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 20 ladyfingers
  • shaved chocolate

Directions

    Filter 2 tablespoons fine ground coffee until 1/3 cup of boiling water.

    Mix together with 3 tablespoons brandy and 1/4 cup coffee liqueur.

    Cream together for 5 minutes 1 pound soft Mascarpone cheese, 6 egg yolks and 6 tablespoons sugar.
