  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 small green bell peppers minced
  • 1 small onions grated
  • 1/4 cup celery finely cut
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves minced
  • 1 x salt and black pepper
  • 1 x mayonnaise
  • 1 x margarine
  • 1 x cheese for topping
  • 1 x bacon for topping

Directions

    Mix all together, seasoning to taste and moisten with mayonnaise.

    Split dinner rolls and spread with margarine.

    Then spread with crab mixture and over this lay a thin slice of cheese and a strip of bacon.

    Place in oven to allow cheese to soften and the bacon to crisp.
