- 1/2 loaf Vienna or French bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
- 1 (14 oz.) can condensed (not evaporated) milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Dip bread into condensed milk; allow to drain briefly and roll ini coconut.

3Place on greased baking sheet; bake 8 minutes or until coconut is toasted.

4Immediately remove from baking sheets.

5Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 50 to 60 chunks.
