  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Directions

    Lightly butter a cookie sheet and spread with pecans.

    Heat sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture reaches 320° on candy thermometer.

    Pour mixture over pecans.

    Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

    Spread evenly.

    Cool completely and break into small pieces.
