- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, well beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup ground peppermint candy
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3Add vanilla, egg, flour and salt.

5Spread in greased 9x13 pan.

6Bake for 25 minutes.

7Remove from oven and spread with melted chocolate.
