  • 12 lb soy dairy firm tofu
  • 14 cup vegan mayonnaise (or other eggless mayonnaise)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard (this is optional)
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon turmeric
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder
  • 14 cup fresh scallions
  • 14 cup carrot, diced
