- 1 lb tomatillos
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 salt
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Cover long cooking sheet with foil.

3Remove husks from tomatillos, halve, and place on foil.

4Quarter onion and place on foil.

5Halve and deseed jalapenos.

6Place on foil.

7Remove garlic and place whole on foil.

8Lightly drizzle oil on tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic, and onion.

9Lightly sprinkle with salt.

10Cook in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until skins start to blacken.

11Juice lime into blender.

12Add all ingredients into blender and blend to desired consistency.
