Tomato And Egg Salad

- 1 medium tomato
- 2 lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Directions

1Set tomato stem end down and cut into 8 evenly spaced slices, cutting to within 1/2-inch from the bottom.

2(Do not cut all the way through.)

3Arrange lettuce on salad plate and place tomato on the lettuce.

4Gently spread tomato slices slightly apart and drizzle 1/2 of the dressing over the tomato.

5Cut egg slices and put between each tomato slice.

6Drizzle with the rest of the dressing.

7Garnish with chopped green onions and/or parsley.
