- 1 c. tomato puree
- 1 c. water
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine puree, water and bay leaf; bring to a boil in medium size saucepan.

2Dissolve gelatin in mixture, stirring well. Remove from heat.

3Add onions and celery; season with salt, pepper and sugar.

4Pour into large mold or individual molds and chill until firm.

5Remove; garnish with slices of lemon or decorate with mayonnaise through a pastry tube.
