- 1 (9-inch) pie crust, browned
- sliced, fresh tomatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper and basil
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (mild)
- diced onions (added with tomatoes optional)
Directions

1Lay sliced tomatoes on bottom of pie crust.

2Mix together the mayonnaise and cheeses.

3Fill pie shell with mixture.

4Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
