- 250 grams Penne pasta
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped into cubes.
- 1/2 small broccoli, cut into small pieces.
- 540 ml Tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce.
- 2 Carrots, sliced.
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- 1 Enough parmesan cheese to sprinkle generously on top.
- 2 Skinless chicken breast.
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt.
- 2 tbsp Dried basil.
- 1 Pepper to season.
Directions

1Boil water and add pasta.

2Chop chicken into cubes and cook in large fry pan until brown.

3Once chicken has browned, add the pasta sauce and cut up vegetables.

4Let sit until carrots are soft and pasta is cooked.

5Once its cooked, add the mozzarella and mix in and transfer to a rectangular baking dish.

6Sprinkle the parmesan and extra mozzarella (if needed) on top and place in a preheated oven.

7Let it sit in the oven until cheese has thoroughly melted through and a little crispy at the edges.
