Ingredients

  • 250 grams Penne pasta
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped into cubes.
  • 1/2 small broccoli, cut into small pieces.
  • 540 ml Tomato, garlic and onion pasta sauce.
  • 2 Carrots, sliced.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 Enough parmesan cheese to sprinkle generously on top.
  • 2 Skinless chicken breast.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt.
  • 2 tbsp Dried basil.
  • 1 Pepper to season.

Directions

    Boil water and add pasta.

    Chop chicken into cubes and cook in large fry pan until brown.

    Once chicken has browned, add the pasta sauce and cut up vegetables.

    Let sit until carrots are soft and pasta is cooked.

    Once its cooked, add the mozzarella and mix in and transfer to a rectangular baking dish.

    Sprinkle the parmesan and extra mozzarella (if needed) on top and place in a preheated oven.

    Let it sit in the oven until cheese has thoroughly melted through and a little crispy at the edges.
