Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 pounds Chopped Tomatoes (heirloom, Plum Or Campari)
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (add More For More Heat)
- 1/2 cups Honey
Directions

1In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and add in the ginger and garlic. Saute 1 minute.

2Add in vinegar and cinnamon, reduce to a glaze (about 2 minutes). Add in tomatoes, sugar and red pepper flakes. Simmer 30 minutes or until all liquid is gone. Remove from heat and stir in honey.

3Cool. Keeps well 4 days in the fridge but in my opinion it was best on day 1.
