- 1 precooked pie shell
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 c. basil (fresh and chopped)
- 1/4 lb. Mozzarella
- 1 2/3 c. Ricotta
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Slice tomatoes in thirds; sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and lay on paper towels to drain. Layer tomatoes and other ingredients in pie shell.

2Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
