- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 6 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Add sugar and salt to tomato puree and water; boil for 5 minutes.

2Place bread cubes in casserole.

3Pour melted butter over them.

4Add the tomato mixture.

5Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 375°.

6Serve with meats.
