Tomato Raspberry Jam

- 4 c. tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin (can use 1 1/2 pkg.)
Directions

1Boil tomatoes, sugar and lemon juice for 20 minutes.

2Shut off heat and stir in gelatin.

3Let stand for 5 minutes to dissolve. Pour into containers and freeze.

4Delicious if you like raspberry jam.
