Tomato Salad

- 6 3/4 cups tomatoes various types of, differing in size and color
- 1 shallots
- 1 slice bread homemade, or bloomer loaf
- black olives
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- extra-virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper Freshly
- sea salt
Directions

1With a sharp knife, cut the tomatoes and shallots in very fine slices.

2Make a bunch with the basil leaves and finely cut with scissors. Set aside.

3Dice the bread into croutons of 1 centimeter and toast until golden brown. Set aside.

4Arrange the tomatoes on a serving plate.

5Sprinkle over the shallots, croutons, olives and basil.

6Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

7Serve immediately.
