Tomato-Smothered Pork Chops

- 4 -6 boneless pork chops
- 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Arrange pork chops (they don't have to be defrosted) in crock pot.

2Place onion slices on top of pork chops.

3Pour tomatoes over all.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Cover and cook on lowest setting in crock pot for 4-8 hours.

6To serve, spoon over hot rice.
