  • The Water of the Tomato
  • water, from the tomato (=6 tablespoons)
  • tomato juice (or V8)
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chives, fresh (chopped finely)
  • parsley (to garnish)
