  • 1/4 c. liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 sm. bottle soy sauce

    Rub this into brisket, put in large roast pan, add 2 cans of consume' soup, cover and cook at 250° 30 min. per lb. or until done. Take out of pan (cool). Slice against grain of meat. Use 2 c. of juices and 1 bottle Masterpiece BBQ sauce and pour over meat.
