- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- dash of pepper
- 4 medium/large tomatoes
Directions

1Mix together onion, parsley, garlic, butter, bread crumbs and seasonings.

2Cut each tomato into 8 wedges, then place into a greased, shallow, 2-quart baking dish.

3Sprinkle tomatoes with herb mixture.

4Bake in a 425° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
