- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 can hot chili powder
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 cans Mexican style chili beans
- 1 large or 3 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 4 cans water
Directions

1Chop garlic and onions.

2Saute in small amount of butter.

3Add 1 tablespoon chili powder and stir to mix.

4If needed, add 1 more tablespoon chili powder.

5Brown hamburger and add 1 tablespoon chili powder and a dash of salt.

6Add 1/4 cup flour to hamburger and stir in.

7Add beans, water, pepper and more chili powder to taste.

8Turn flame down low and cook 4 or 5 hours.

9Serve with crackers or buttered bread.
