Ingredients

  • 5 cups oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 12 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 12 cup oil, vegetable or 12 cup olive oil
  • 12 cup honey or 12 cup maple syrup
  • 14 cup brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 -3 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 12 cup dried fruit
  • 14 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350*.

    Stir dry and wet ingredients until evenly moistened -- all ingredients except for dried fruit and chocolate chips.

    Pour mixture into pyrex.

    Bake for 10 minutes, stir.

    Bake another 15 minutes, or until golden.

    Mix in dried fruit and chocolate chips.
