- 5 cups oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 12 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 12 cup oil, vegetable or 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup honey or 12 cup maple syrup
- 14 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1 -3 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 12 cup dried fruit
- 14 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350*.

2Stir dry and wet ingredients until evenly moistened -- all ingredients except for dried fruit and chocolate chips.

3Pour mixture into pyrex.

4Bake for 10 minutes, stir.

5Bake another 15 minutes, or until golden.

6Mix in dried fruit and chocolate chips.
