- 1 cup toor dal split peas , yellow
- 1 tsp Sambhar masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
- 3 cup water
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat pan add ghee

2Add your peas let it cook till turning darker yellow

3Add 1 cup of water stir well

4After water is absorbed add 2nd cup add spices

5After water is gone aadd 3rd add cheese water bring to boil cover turn off heat keep covered

6After 10 minutes stir and serve
