Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1 can beef broth, undiluted
- 1 can chicken broth, undiluted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 to 3 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Cut tortillas in bite-size pieces.

2Set aside.

3Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in a large pan (Dutch oven).

4Add next 10 ingredients; bring to a boil.

5Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.

6Add tortilla pieces, simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

7Serve with 2 to 3 tablespoons of cheese in each bowl and sprinkle with paprika.

8Crisp chips go well also.
