Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese or small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 lb. bacon (1-inch pieces)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen green peas
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pasta recipe macaroni or flat noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Put Ricotta cheese in serving bowl.

2Crumble with a fork.

3Add butter and noodles; toss 2 to 3 times.

4Cook bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp.

5Add peas and saute 2 minutes; drain fat.

6Add bacon and peas to noodles and toss.

7Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

8Toss again and serve immediately.

9Yields 8 to 10 servings.
