  • 6 cups bread, cubed
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • 12 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Add butter and olive oil to a large pan.

    Melt over medium heat.

    Add celery, onions, and garlic.

    Saute for 5 minutes until slightly soft.

    Turn off heat.

    Add bread cubes and stirf with vegetables.

    Combine eggs and stock and pour over the bread mixture.

    Pour stuffing into a greased casserole dish.
