- 6 cups bread, cubed
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup onion, finely diced
- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Add butter and olive oil to a large pan.

3Melt over medium heat.

4Add celery, onions, and garlic.

5Saute for 5 minutes until slightly soft.

6Add pepper and thyme.

7Turn off heat.

8Add bread cubes and stirf with vegetables.

9Combine eggs and stock and pour over the bread mixture.

10Pour stuffing into a greased casserole dish.

11Bake covered for 30 minutes.
