- 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled, cut into 4 x 1/2-inch strips
- 1/2 lb. turnips, peeled, cut into 4 x 1/2-inch strips
- 4 c. broccoli flowerets
Directions

1In skillet, boil 1/4 cup broth with garlic, ginger and pepper flakes until almost all liquid evaporates.

2Add vegetables and 3/4 cup chicken broth; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or just until vegetables are crisp-tender.
