- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. each: chopped celery and onion
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can each: kidney beans, garbanzo beans, drained green beans or chickpeas
- 4 c. skim milk
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in margarine until soft.

2Stir in flour, sauce and all seasonings until smooth.

3Remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk.

4Heat to boiling.

5Boil 1 minute.

6Add beans.

7Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.

8Serve with biscuits.
