Triple Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • cocoa
  • 1 box instant devil's food cake mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. almond liqueur
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and dust Bundt pan with cocoa. Mix all ingredients (except almonds and chocolate chips) for two minutes at medium speed.

    Stir in almonds and chocolate chips. Pour into Bundt pan.

    Bake 50 to 55 minutes.

    Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.

    Cool an additional 10 minutes.

    Pour glaze over warm cake.
