Tropical Ham Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 qt. canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 48 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
  • 1-1/2 gal. lettuce, shredded
  • 144 slices OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, cut into 1-oz. slices
  • 12 each large green peppers, each cut lengthwise into 16 strips

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and pineapple until well blended.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

    For each serving: Spread 1 tortilla with 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture; top with 1/2 cup of the lettuce and 3 ham slices.

    Place 4 green pepper strips down center of tortilla.

    Fold in both sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly, starting at bottom of tortilla.

    Cut diagonally in half to serve.

    Secure each half with a toothpick, if desired.
