  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 graham crusts

Directions

    Mix milk and lemon juice.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Add pineapple, pecans and Cool Whip.

    Pour into pie shells and chill until stiff.

    Makes 2 pies.
