- 4 trout, washed and cleaned
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsp. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper (if desired)
- 2 lemons
Directions

1Roll the trout in the seasoned flour.

2Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a large frying pan.

3Fry the trout for about 5 minutes on each side or until well browned and cooked.

4Transfer the fish to a large serving dish and keep hot.
